and I am having a sort of office day mixed with bouts of weeding in the garden.
I have had breakfast was full after eating that then, before I new it lunch time was here and I had it late as I was not very hungry.
I have now had lunch and completely full and contented, so I put in my dinner in the food log, to see how my calories are doing and I am struggling to get to 1650 goal post at sedentary days as I am having an in between day I have a goal post of 1750 today but cant get to it. and on days of light activity or work days my goal posts are 1850.
But for some reason I am struggling to eat all this food. I am a vegetarian so of course the quantities are huge as everything is fresh, non battered, non processed and low calorie.
I started in Febuary and lost 2 stone then stopped losing and went into a plateau for a week then when I went into my account and changed it to light activity I was suprised I could go up to 1850 calories, burt some days I am between sedentary and light excersise so I plumped for sticking to 1650 on lazy sedentary days and 1750 on in between days and 1850 when I am really active and the weight started to roll back off and have lost another half a stone so I seem to be getting the balance right.
But on somedays even when I have active or in between days I struggle to eat the calories I should any advice??
Thanks for that silly of me I hadnt thought of that, of course, nuts, dried fruit and seeds, so busy putting them in stuff, seeds in bread, chopped nuts in nut roasts and cakes and fruit in scones. I tottaly forgotten I could eat them for a snack on their own cheers.
Never forgot about avocados. Also a drizzle of olive oil or flax oil or sesame seed oil can brighten up a salad and add in a few calories and the healthy fats.
