Yaz/Yazmin.. I love them bothhhh.

I switched from Yazmin to Yaz on a doctor's advice because my mom had breast cancer at 30 and they didn't want me to have that high of an estrogen count.

Can't go wrong with happy pills.

 Yeah... with the majority of people on this site women, and since birth control often plays a role in weight gain, there are often posts asking for the best birth control to avoid weight gain - the pill and the patch being typical types... so you can see where you threw people off.

To answer your real question - nope, just keeping a deficit worked the best for me. Never wanted to spend money on something that a) probably wouldn't work b) was more likely to harm me than help c) wouldn't teach me how to live the rest of my life at a healthy weight.

I use an appetite suppressor called Solo Slim.  It can only be purchased from a designated dealer.  You take it once a day and it just helps you to feel more full.  Don't expect serious weight loss but if you are like me, you just need some help to feel full faster.  I dont know where you are from but my dealer is in Washington State...might be far away from you.  Thats all I got for ya.
