Do I look okay? Even though I've lost 24lbs and some poeple say I don't have to loose more, I still feel like a total whale!!! (not to mention I've still never had any form of male attention >.<) So do I have any hope? or will loosing the last 6 or so pounds not even make a difference? :[
You look A OK to me, though I know what you mean.
I feel the same way. I lost about 60 pounds and currently weigh 205 at 6' tall; yet I still feel super big. It's completely senseless to feel this way, but I can't help it.
Again though, you don't look out of shape to me.
you look fine...I love your room...but the real question is do your parents know you, a 15 year old, have a picture of you in your panties on the internet...
Just a suggestion. Delete that. It's best not to have those types of photos. You could replace it with a profile photo of yourself without being in your unmentionables.
oh good, im not crazy to think that was a little odd
my parents would have shot me. (not literally of course....) although when I was 15, 10 years ago, I dont think we had a computer.
I'd still suggest deleting it even if she were an adult though. There are some things you just shouldn't do for multiple reasons. It attracts the wrong kind of attention. My father used to say " If you fear me finding out...OR wouldn't tell me about it. Don't do it. "
you look great...if you loose more, you will loose your curves. Work at maintaining
You look gorgeous! You really don't need to lose any more weight at all, but if you feel uncomfortable with your appearance, aim for toning.
As for the lack of male attention, give it some time. You're smokin'.

I agree. You look fine and dandy. " but the real question is do your parents know you, a 15 year old, have a picture of you in your panties on the internet..."???

You cant even see anything and its not sexual in any way. This is a health forum after all. Americans really need to get over this obsession the deluded morality of sex.
To OP:
I think you look good. Do not let the magazines sporting ED'ed underweight supermodels serve as a guide. No one that is healthy looks like that.
mystic...this girl is FIFTEEN...not 25.

(Please Note: This post is not directed only at you, but at anyone who has a problem with that photograph.)
Who cares? Not everyone would want to pose in their underwear, but if she doesn't mind it, why should you?
I've seen poses in bikinis (for weight loss view), which show off more and have the same cut as her underwear. What makes this different? The fabric and pattern? Please grow up. Don't assume that everything that has the potential to be inappropriate, IS inappropriate.
If I get busted for child pornography, then I'm coming to your house and giving you a spanking....OH NO....I mean....god...I'm just digging myself a hole aren't I ?

In most countries a girl can get married and/or have sex legally at 15. Just because america is in a half backward sexually regressed hole doesnt make your argument right. It just means you have been brainwashed by american religion and propaganda. Seriously grow up and get an opinion of your own.
Another guy made a valid argument. I have seen far skimpier bathing suits on girls of all ages. Once again this is a health forum for crying out loud. Its like trying to sue your doctor for sexual harassment after giving you a prostate exam.
I won't add more to the argument that has developed about your picture but I would say that you look great at the moment. You definitely do NOT look like a whale
Its interesting that you say you feel like that because I think it takes a bit of time to get used to the new look. Maybe take a couple of months at this weight to get familiar with the "new you" looking back at you from the mirror!
As for guys - I know I'm pretty old - 47
but my daughter is 14 and I see guys looking at her and she hasn't even noticed it! I'm sure they are looking at you too but maybe for now just concentrate your attention on YOU not waiting for them to validate all your hard work cos you're sure worth it!
you probably are getting attention from males and dont realise it because you havent realised how good looking you are.
once you get more confidence (more important than losing weight imho) youll be more approachable and then you'll be fighting them off!
Just because other women post similiar photos online doesn't make it okay. We're talking about children posting photos of them in their panties. Pictures that anyone (mainly online pedophiles) can view. This behaviour should not be encouraged. Pedophiles have a totally different mentality. That's why some people found it important to warn this girl. There are dangers involved with online predators and I cannot believe that so few people of an entire older generation wouldn't agree. That's honesty regarding our sad reality.
I agree enchantingimage...I guess Ive been brainwashed into thinking its not ok for a child to put up pics in panties....well good for me.
I'm sorry i put that pic up now!! :[ But it's a lot less revealing than my bathing suit, so that's why i used it :[
and thank you to everyone, you're all really nice!
haha don't be sad...it was just like...you KNOW what kind of people look at pictures like that and beat off to it right?...I didn't think you'd like it put like that though...I wouldnt want you to get messaged or something by a pedo...
