I resisted cookies, a starbucks frapuccino, a hamburger, and more granola bars.  Not that granola bars are bad for me, but I'd already had 2 or 3, and more would not be good!  lol

I baked little mini brownie bites... I had two. I put the rest up for the rest of the family. although I could have eaten more. Then last night I got this sudden urge to snack. went to the plate.. picked one up and then remembered that i was weighing in today.. I said Nope out loud for myself to hear. put it down. walked away and went on to bed. This morning, my first week weigh in .... 7 pounds lost. :)

well i only partially resisted this weekend. got a small pack of peanut m&m's but gave my fiance 4 brown ones, i literally had to force myself to just that. although ive been very good on the chocolate front.

i resisted going to the office snack bar and had a 90 cal granolar bar instead....

Last week I made Toll House cookies and only ate one all week (and that was on an under-my-calorie-target day).

I binged on roasted chicken but I resisted the skin.

home made peanut butter cookies, (OK I made them, but for my fiance because he wanted them, and he is not trying to lose weight so I made them for him.. if I can't resist them that is my fault!), a second drink, wine, chocolate, icecream (this is an accomplishment for me) and nachos.

cookies, malteasers (chocolates), pick n mix, pepsi, cheese, thick white bread with butter and pickles, crips (chips).... that is literally just today, it has been torture ! lol

I resisted icecream... MY FAV FOOD!!!

Just today I resisted pizza hut, frozen pizza, cookies, donuts, fritos, and im sure there was other things.

I made a batch of brownies, and managed to take it 20 minutes away to my boyfriends house and watch him eat a piece without taking a nibble.

All for the calorie-free taste of chocolate on his lips <3

I resisted KFC..............  tough but i did it wooohooo :)

Garlic Bread Pizza at the diner last night.  Ended up with eggbeaters on toast with a little cheese.  Thanks to that I'm down a pound today!

i just got back from lunch, where i ordered a chicken bacon salad - and i resisted the bacon, the pesto dressing and bread - basically ate lettuce and chicken breast...hmmm

Yesterday we had a goodbye lunch for my boss. There were 2 cakes-one chocolate, one strawberry. I had just a taste of the strawberry while everyone else indulged in both. We made Iced Tea to go with dinner, but I opted for the iced water. Last night I made an ice cream sundae for my 4 year old for dessert, but I didn't have any. I told myself "this is something I've had before and I know how it tastes." So I just imagined how it tasted and that seemed to work for me!

potbelly's deliciously thick chocolate milkshake!!!

Chose to stay home and cook up my own mexican food last night because I did not have enough calories to go out to eat to a restaurant and knew I would be tempted to get a margarita

Yesterday I went to my parents' house where I know they always have a dish sitting out of peanut M&Ms that I can never resist. So I went over there armed with an Iced Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte, Venti, from Starbucks (110 cals). That's way better than the cals in all the peanut M&Ms I would've eaten, plus coffee acts as an appetite suppressor for me, so I was able to sip on that and avoid ALL snacks in that house until dinnertime, a rare feat for me. 110 cals was worth it!

Chocolate cake! I had one in my freezer, a generous gift from my other, and I gave it to my neighbors.
