I love counting calories!

I totally just had a mini-binge, but it was all healthy food and I am still under my calorie goal for the day by 500 calories!  Normally I would feel bad about it, but now I feel good because it wasn't even close to as bad as it seemed.  Anyone else feel that way?

Totally!

There's nothing more thrilling to me than when I think I've really blown it, and then I enter it all in only to find out that I'm still right on track! It helps so much with making allowances for treats now and then. I figure it all in and don't feel deprived!
