i am 5'6 almost 5'7. want to know what are some of your weight goals at this height. (women who are around the same height) i look very thin at 135. anyone else???
At 130 i am VERY thin, i have a large frame and a large chest (narrow waist tho yay!). I am aiming for 150ish for now, and i will see how i feel then.... Tho right now i jus want to be back in the 100's! I havnt weighed 130 since HS! ;) i got most of my catcalls at about 160, so i might go with that, but i have had a lil one now so i might need a little less to get rid of the belly... maybe... we will see how i feel. (btw my pic is of when i weight 200 lbs, n i dont think i actually looked it, most people guessed 40 lbs lighter)

i'm 5'6", and i look thin~normal right now at around 115lbs. I'm at my goal weight...
think frame size matters quite a bit... i think larger framed people tend to look 'thinner' when they are heavier, cause they look more in proportion that way. I've got a really small frame, so when i was 130lbs, i had a double chin and looked 'chubby'...
I am 5'6 almost 5'7..somewhere in between. I have been on every diet possible. Did great on weight watchers. Now I am trying Atkins. I started a week ago at my heaviest weight ever...207. Today I weighed in at 210 and I am hoping to make it to 140 before the end of the year. It would be a great Christmas present to myself :)
I am typically around 130, but last year was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, it is an auto-immune diesease tht effects your muscles. I was barely able to get out of bed, let alone work out...so I had a pityparty for myself and gained 70+pounds. Things are better now and I am trying to reclaim my life:)
I am 5'6" and I currently weigh 151lbs and because of my large build (and I naturally am muscular) I am technically at a healthy weight but I am skinny at 140-145lbs. CC says that I should weigh 136lbs but CC has never seen me weigh that much (and it's been 5 years anyways, lol). I'd probably look rather thin again.
I am 5'6" and currently weigh 165. It's been a nice change from 210 at my highest. My goal weight is 130-132. I tend to look skinny but still healthy at that weight.

I'm 43, 5'6 1/2, I started out at 236 lbs and currently weigh 178.6. My goal is 150.

WOW... so many people wanting to weight 120-125... i think i'd be sickly at that weight.
I'm 5'6'' and my goal is 150 (but i have a large build)... I'm currently at 175 and pretty excited (i haven't weighed this little probably since i was in middle school!).
I'm just about 5'7". I started at about 182 lbs in February and am currently at about 146. People are telling me I look skinny, but my goal is 140, so I'm still trying to lose. I'm carrying most weight around my tummy and thighs, so I'll see how that looks at 140, but I may go down to 135. I have a medium frame, so much more than that and I think I'll look sick.
I'm 5' 6 1/2" and 226 lbs. Before I started CC, I was at 243. I want to be below 200 by the end of the year. What a great Christmas present that would be! My goal is to get down to at least 165. I was comfortable there. Good luck everyone!
I'm just at 5'7'' and i currently weigh 133. My goal is to get down to 125 in the next two months. I've been weighing less than that before but I think I looked my best at 125.

I'm 51, 5'6" with a medium build.
SW: 181.2 (June 1)
CW: 171.8
GW: 140 (around beginning of March 2009)
It's been awhile since I was 135ish, but that was an ideal weight for me. I'm a pear shape and small on top, so 135 was ideal. At 140, I was heavy looking. Though that was 15 yrs ago. When I was 118, I was a skeleton. I'm currently jog/walking 4 miles per day, and taking aerobics 3x a wk. I want to start a weight training program soon, but need to have a trainer help me. My problem is I over-eat. I have changed that mode and am really doing well with my portion size. Eating really healthy and cut out excessive sugar. For the most part I'm averaging my daily cals to my BMR (1450ish). When I get to 140 I'll see how I appear and adjust based on what I think is right for me.

I know my weight hasn't really changed that much, but I had an ed when I weighed 111 lbs and I was told that I didn't look good or healthy. Gaining back so much of the weight so quickly though hasn't made me happy so I'm aiming to be in the middle at 115 lbs, because I know that's a weight that I can healthily maintain. I was actually doing fine maintaining 117 lbs but then I went on birth control and gained 4 lbs in a week! Yes! Well, I know a difference of a couple pounds may not sound like a lot, but I can really see the difference on myself. It's difficult though figuring out how to lose a few pounds in a healthy way... especially because I think my metabolism is slower now as a result of the ed.
I'm almost 5' 7" I currently weigh 191 and my current goal is 140. Once I reach that point, I'll re-evaluate. I am apple shaped and have a small frame so I may be able to lose more weight and still be healthy. If I had to guess I'd have to say I'll end up about 135 ish.
All through my teens and early 20's I fluctuated between 110 and 120. Then in a period of 4 months (yes this was documented by two Dr. visits 4 months apart) I went from 120 to 200. I've been around 200 ever since.
So although I kind of remember about what I looked like at that weight, my memory might be distorted by my current weight, the passage of time, and the ideals of youth. I do remember my mom thought I was anorexic for years, she rarely saw me eat and I never seemed to gain weight. I guess we know better now...

I look fat at 127 (double chin, etc)
now I'm at 118 (again, prolly should +3 to that)
I dont "look" fat at 118, but I know there are areas on my body that can improve quite a bit.
my goal is 110 after i finish my meal, so that's about 107-108 at morning.
I'm 37 yo, 5'6" at 162 lbs. I've been heavier after both pregnancies but this is the heaviest non-pregnancy weight. GW is 130-135. It'd be neat to reach my HS weight of 125, but it's probably not going to happen because I plan on replacing some of this fat with muscle. I'll be pleased to eliminate the fat rolls, though. ![]()
Hi everyone! I'm Justine. 20 years old. Just under 5'7". Medium-framed. Blessed with a hourglass figure, so I carry my weight pretty well.
HW: 231#. CW: 214#.
My current goal is go get down to 200#. CC says that I should be at that by October if I keep up what I'm doing now.
After that, I'll probably set a new goal of 175#. That is what I weighed when I met my boyfriend three years ago and I felt prettier then.
Eventually I think I'd like to get down to the 150-160# range. Mostly I want to fit into size 12/14 pants. They seem to be the most abundant on the sales racks these days. I have no idea what I'll need to weigh or what measurements I'll need to have to fit into them, but I guess I'll find out when I get there!

I'm with you madeleine7! I don't think there was ever a time in my life that I wasn't overweight, so I have no idea at what weight I'll look best.
I'm 5'5.75 and my goal is 135. I have previously gotten down to 118 and I was waaayy to skinny. I had no butt or breast. I could wear a size 2. I want a little meat to I'm going for 135 this time.
Hi! My name is Heather, I'm 23 y/o, 5'6" and my highest adult weight was ~160lbs (I was an overweight child, 170lbs in elementary school) and now I'm stuck at 142.5 lbs, which has taken me f-o-r-e-v-e-r to reach. And yet I've been in a pleateau for over a month now. My goal weight is 130 (I'd be happy with 135). I think I have a small/large build combo... small upper body, big lower body with wide hips. Who knows... my "quit" date is 12/31/2008, so whatever weight I am then, that's what I'll maintain at.
