I'm starting this challenge because I need help and motivation to lose this excess weight..anyone else with me? I'm not really sure how these challenges work but I would love love love any support to get this weight off and I'm sure i'll figure it out.

Challenge starts today and will go...till we lose this weight! Weigh-ins will be every Sunday. Please edit current posts in bold so I won't miss them.

Sorry to be late on updating....

I have been doing an awesome job at eating well and going to the gym but am not seeing weight loss. I think my body is just adjusting. I lost 15 lbs last summer and I started out really slowly, too. I am trying to think positively:)

My favorite healthy food that I eat quite often is the 100cal bags of popcorn. They are really filling and low cal, and the extra fiber is good, too:)

Goal for the week: go to gym at least 3 times, eat more protein and more veggies, drink more water

I'm so excited! I'm totally ready to see the 120's again. Then maybe my "skinny" jeans will fit me again. I can take them out of retirement.

hello again ladies, another terrible week for me.  i think I ate out every meal this week because work has been terrible and my planning for meals is even worse! So tonight I am making enough food to last me the week to curb the temptation of eating out.

Question this week..

What is your goal for this week?

Mine is to not eat out at all and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

I think I need more motivation so if everyone could answer that would be so supportive.  Thanks girls and see you next week!

I haven't lost since Tuesday of last week.

I'm at 103 now! :) I think that was my goal? Haha. I actually would like to lose a couple more pounds. I have been toning up at the gym but I still have a little bit of a tummy. So I wan't to lose a couple more pounds and then gain some back with muscle weight. :) So I'm gonna say, new goal 101-100ish. Keep up the good work everyone!

I have to make a bazillion coconut macaroons for a pre-Passover event, so my goal is to avoid eating any UNLESS I have enough calories to spare at the end of the day.  I love coconut, so this is a real test of will.  Mmmmmmmmm, coconut.... (drool)

My other goal is to make exercise my first priority in the evening this week, BEFORE I get sidetracked by the macaroon production.

I give up. Spring break, then a much needed night out Saturday where I threw caution to the wind and had a steak, lost 18 pounds since I started this and still weigh more than I did the day I had a baby, just frustrated.Frown

I totally feel your frustration.  A couple of months ago my body decided to go haywire from the birth control I've been on for years.  I've been having full fledged TOTMs every two weeks, and my weight has been going crazy.  (Check my weigh ins, they just go up!)

It's taking such a long time to see progress, but there will be an end in sight for us!  Some day at least... ;_;
