If one food could be banished what should it be?

There is one food that single handedly put many of these pounds on me. If it were banished from the face of the earth loosing those pounds would be soooo much easier!!!

What's yours?

Mine: crackers!

How can I blame just one thing when I have so many vices? Artisan cheese, handcrafted salami, freshly baked bread slathered in real butter, potato chips and french fries, pate on the same freshly baked bread, homemade jam on freshly baked bread (preferably with the butter), eggs with runny centers,  hamburgers, lasagne, duck with crispy skin, lamb chops with the fat fried crispy and a little red in the middle, . . .

Uh oh, I had better stop before this goes too far.

makettle we sound like soul sisters...except for the eggs with runny centres.

I have quite the joansing for olive oil & flaxseed oil DRENCHED vegetables! MMM! I also ADORE rice bran which is so sweet & delicious (naturally sweet) -

*Granted these things are extremely healthy but I am not exactly the BEST at portion size so... yea, if I could just consume less things would work out better.

Cheetos are the devil, but sweet mother are they tasty. I have to agree with another person there, because it's my one major, major weakness. That, and cheese in general. Sigh.

Irish soda bread from Henry's!! It's sooo yummy Tongue out

That white cheese dip they have at Mexican restuarants in the Southeast. That stuff is evil!!

Peanut butter and strawberry jam (jelly) sandwiches - used to have one AFTER dinner every night - whoops:-b

Chips any kind

ANYTHING binge-worthy.

but if i had to pick one.. it would be icecream of any kind.

avocados, tomatoes with cheese, potatoes with cheese, pork chops with the large roll of fat on the edge that gets crispy in the oven and tastes oh-so-gooot, olives, olives, wheat crackers, butter crackers, clams with bacon and clams with butter, clams with butter crackers, crispy homemade fried chicken from grandma's house, beef stew from grandma's house... the list continue

Oh for the love - y'all are killing me with all the descriptions of delicious weight-loss death-traps!!!

My own personal nemesis -- CARBS of any and every shape, size and description.  Mashed potatoes, spaghetti, tortilla chips, Berry Colossal Crunch Cereal (oh...I haven't had that one in MONTHS!), doughnuts, garlic bread.

I know you have to have carbs to function -- but wouldn't it be nice if our bodies didn't turn it straight into frickin' sugar?!?!  Oh what a dastardly design that is...

In fact, they should ban deep fryers. Period.

Swedish Fish, remember those? Peanut Butter Capn Crunch, brownies, coldstone cake batter icecream-all my enemies.

Pasta all the way!Laughing

Oh, and Quaker apple cinnamon mini rice cakes...I can eat the whole bag in one sitting.
