I wanted to ask- Is there any possibility to get pregnant right now if I don't have my period for about 3 and a half months? Cause I don't wanna get pregnant and I want to know how safe it is to do sex without any worries in my case... Waiting for your help!
But if they are using condom? She has no possibility to get pregnant because of no periods?
If they're using condoms, then they have a 99% chance of protection.
Even with no ovulation, as thelettinggo said, women can get pregnant. However, the pregnancy will be unsafe and the baby will most likely not be healthy due to lack of substantial nourishment in the womb.

Actually, condoms, even with 'perfect use' have a 14% failure rate. Most people do not use them perfectly (pinching the tip, leaving room at the top, not unrolling it before putting it on, using the wrong kind of lube, using expired condoms, carrying them in a wallet).

Anyone, at any time, can spontaneously ovulate. I used to go 6+ months without a period and then BAM period. I know plenty of women who didn't get pregnant until a month or two after their last period (and they tracked basal body temp. and cervical mucus to determine when they ovulated).
I am also confused about your last statement. I didn't look at the OP's back postings, so I might be missing something, but why do you assume it will be unsafe and unhealthy? Where has she indicated there is a 'lack of substantial nourishment in the womb'? Just because she has not ovulated in three months does not mean she isn't getting proper nutrition. Dozens of things can cause annovulation. Stress, PCOS, nutrition, illness, etc.
