I can't tell you that I know how you feel because I'm a guy. When you log your food, work on your fiber in take and keep your sodium intake low. When I had my ankle in a cast, the doctor told me to eat as much fibers as I could. Doing that, will help loose weight when you don't have the time to work out. If both kids are asleep try just doing somethign at home that will help you while they're asleep.
I walked absolutely everywhere, with the kids in a buggy (double buggy for one year,) - pushing a pram full of kids and shopping 2 miles up hill is an awesome workout, and gets the groceries bought at the same time!!
i hav a 3 and a half year old and a 7 month old and i am in the same boat! somehow i cant seem to get past 150lb im stuck here or above and its so frustrating sometime. i would just keep trying and wait a little the weight takes a while to come off after a baby so dont stress we can do it! (i like to do zumba btw)
Becky - count count count calories. That was the key to my success the first round. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 4 month old ... I gained 60 lbs with this past pregnancy with 20 lbs to go to pre pregnancy weight ... I have been counting calories ... little by little it is whittling away. Keep your chin up, if you will it, it will happen. :)
i do zumba at home :) so i can just stay with the kids and do it.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
