What are the silliest names you ever thought to name your children?
When I was in high school I was certain that if I ever had twins of a boy & girl combo I would name them Jazz Miraculous & Miracle Jazzmin!
THANK goodnes that never happened!!!
P.S. I was also planning Kingston before Gwen went and stole it!

We're expecting our baby in a week and the naming process was borderline torture. At one point we decided we should each give our hippy names. He likes Winter Anne and I liked Clover Anne (we had both agreed to make her middle name Anne after my mother). I also always liked Delilah and Pandora (the latter of which would have tortured her once boys were old enough to make Pandora's Box references).
If I had boy/ girl twins I thought of naming them Levi and Jean.
KELLY - Sorry, but I agree with your hubby! I love the name Winter!
LISA - That is the best set of names! I think it would take people a while to get it which is perfect!
THANKS to you both!

This is hilariously awesome!
Pepper and Piper, I didn't think Piper was that bad but when I told people they all had some weird reactions.
A woman in my church was named Ima Jean Overall. It was hard not to laugh whenever her name came up. Also, there was a Paige Reading. When I was in my teens I baby-sat a little girl named Holly Wood.
My husband's mother went to high school with a woman named Polly Esther Cote.
When I was getting towards the end of my pregnancy, I told my husband that if the baby turned out to be a girl (we had an ultrasound and they told us it was a boy), we were going to name her Surprise.
I used to work in medical school records in my University, and there was a doctor risk, Ronald Hamberger, and there was a surprise, but I can't remember the last name :(
My daughter never wanted kids even when she was a kid herself. She decided that if she did ever have one, a boy, she would name it Odo Norville. Just to get back at it for being born. She thought this was about the funniest thing in the world when she was about 7 or 8 and we have joked about Odo for many, many years. She's 46 now and we still laugh about it. No, she's never had kids.
My husband honestly suggested Balthazar for our son. For several years (after I'd seen it on a high school graduation list) I wanted Voytek. I'm not sure if he lucked out or not--He is Alaster (Alistair) now. But I gave him Graham (which we spelled Graeme--the Irish way) just in case he really hated Alaster. Most people give us a great reaction to his name though. In the States, it's just not a name you hear often. Since it's an older name though, we always get, "So is he named after someone?" from older relatives. lol
My husband wants twin girls so we can name them Sorcha (like Sor-a) and Freya. If we have another boy, I want to name him Linus Oliver.
Anakin Skywalker or Burrito Supreme.
Gloria Sunshine
i had my daughter 4 and a half months ago. i REALLY wanted to name her Summer Rayne, full name Summer Rayne Fall. i like hippie names and i thought it was so cute. my fiance said shed just get made fun of though. we ended up going with Riley Mae Fall. maybe if i have another girl i will name her S.R.F.
