How do I add a recipe to CC?

I have a killer recipe for French Chicken and vegetable soup. I'd love to add it to CC and know exactly how many caliries are in each cup.

When I try to add do so, I am prompted to go to the first ingredient and click "add to recipe." When I try to add a second ingredient, I can't get back to the the recipe!

HELP!
