Sharing for the interested parties, but really it's so I have an easy place to find my shopping list. I eat 1 dish per 4 weeks (so 13 times per year). That's 24 different dishes not counting Sundays when I eat whatever.

These represent lunch and dinner, with breakfast being whatever, usually cereal or oatmeal and it's also supplemented with whatever veg I'm feeling like nomming.

I also clump the menu around a single meat type for the week.

Lifting days get about 400 more calories than non-lifting days.
