Ok so I came across a great smoothie i thought if share I've made many different kinds but this is by far the best....
1 whole banana 2 ice cubes 1 cub light vanilla soy milk 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (I used natural) 1/2 cup Greek yogurt I used chobani berry 2 cups of baby spinach (more or less ) Blend and enjoy I could seriously drink everyday it's that good
