best ways to cook eggs?

I'm not the biggest egg fan but I can tolerate them since their high in protein. So what are the best ways to cook an egg to make it taste better?

I love eggwhites with spinach. You can add salt and pepper to taste or mustard...I love it with whole wheat bread toasted.

I can't deny it but frying is my top one, yeh I know, I said frying so shoot me lol. Seriously thiugh if the egg is fried and drained how much fat can there be left, it's not like eggs are super absorbent and just suck up the cooking oil.

Scrambles with some salsaa and tapatio

I love boiled and deviled eggs. Boiled eggs are easy to toss in with a packed lunch. Deviled eggs are yummy if you mix the yolks with low calorie mustard and mayo and mix them up and put them back in the boiled white part. I cut up pickles in mine. Also poached eggs in the microwave are super easy and yummy over whole wheat toast with sugar free marmalade. If you aren't turned off by the possibility of food poisoning raw eggs are good in smoothies with cocoa powder and an assortment of frozen fruit. They make your smoothies tastle like cookie dough. Scrambled eggs are much better if you whisk them with a capful of milk before putting them in the pan. This makes them much fluffier (a secret I learned from my boyfriend - how had I been making scrambled eggs any other way? He likes to put salsa or "rooster sauce" on his but it isn't my thing) Eggs are also great in breakfast burritos and omlets.

Baked eggs are great. try nesting the egg into a mixture of roasted Vegas and sweet potatoes that you have already cooked for a really fancy low calorie and high fibre brunch.... Chop your potatoes and Veg into cubes. Toss with a tbsp of olive oil and some basil, rosemary, or whatever. place the Veg on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes. Place the cooked Veg mix into a baking dish or frying pan (cast iron) so you can make little hollows in the food for the eggs. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes. If you want, you can do the veg ahead of time, but the eggs will take a bit longer if the surrounding food is not hot before you add the eggs. If you are not worried about the calories fry up some sausage meat (take it out of the casing first) and add it to the veg mix before baking. My family likes to mix regular and sweet potatoes in this breakfast. The baked eggs are a bit like poached but without the watery fuss. I usually do about 6 potatoes with a package of mushrooms, some tomatoes and peppers but any veggies will work.

I use "Egg Whites International 100% Egg Whites" and I buy it by the gallon. It'll last for about 4 months in the frig. They're pasteurized so you can safely drink it.

It has no taste and works great when mixed in with my smoothies for that added protein.

I lovee making omelettes.
I first lightly saute chopped onion, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, ham or bacon, and whatever else I have in a pan sprayed with Pam.  After, pour in 2-3 eggs that have been whisked with a small splash of milk and salt/pepper.  Cover and cook.  Sometimes I'll sparingly sprinkle some cheddar cheese before folding it over into omelette form.  Top with hot sauce or salsa.  YUMM. :9

I love eggs sunny side up!
