I've tried many of these, but my favourite is blueberry, I don't like the taste usually, but when blended with ice, banana and natural low fat yoghurt, they taste gorgeous, I've also played around with adding other berries and honey and sometimes adding sugar to sweeten it.
They're a brilliant antioxidant and wash out all the bad toxins from your body as well as freshening your skin, hair, nails and helping your immune system.
1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup OJ 1/2 cup water 1 TBSP flax seeds 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Blend til smooth. Calories = 320
Hi! My favorite breakfast is 1 cup kale + 1 apple + 2 oz blueberries + small piece of fresh ginger+ cold water. If I want a "complete" breakfast, I also add 1 scoop of Vega Berries Powder.
My hubby also loves 1 cup spinach +1 banana + 1/2 avocado + cold water.
