I know it's late... It's 2 am but I'm just so hungry. Any late night snacks that do t require a lot or any cooking?

Cup of soup?

I don't eat a lot during the day, but this is my nightly snack.

I have 1/2 banana

4 celery stalks

1/4 c. raisins

1 apple

5 grapes

and about 7 tbs natty pb!

A glass of milk and a piece of fruit

Toast spread with butter or peanut butter

Cereal with milk

100 Calorie Smart Pop Popcorn.

I work evening shifts (3pm to 11pm) and so late night snacking after work is my biggest challenge. I started to keep apples in my bedroom so I can literally change out of my scrubs, put on some warm pjs, jump into my bed with a sweet, juicy apple and watch 30 rock. I find that the apple, and sometimes I pair it with herbal teat (no honey or sugar), is satisfying enough so my stomach doesn't grumble as I am trying to fall asleep... I keep telling my stomach "you'll get used to it!"

You count out 5 grapes?  Although I shouldn't talk since I count out my almonds.

1 apple peeled and sliced, sprinkle with pumpkin pie seasoning & 1 tsp brown sugar.  Microwave for 1 minute... it tastes like apple pie.  :)
