BAKED OATMEAL! Oh. Lord. 1/2 cup oatmeal, milk/water/almond/coconut milk eh ~2 cups, add whatevvver you want - vanilla, craisins, chocolate chips, pecans, protein powder, canned pumpkin, eggs/whites, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, strawberries, or all of the above.

THEN toss into a dish, bake ~350 for 30 minutes or until you hit your desired thickness. If you leave it in longer, it comes out like a thick pudding, or oatmeal cake. Totally a good option to make a big batch at the beginning of the week and spoon and nuke as necessary.

canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, maple flavoring, stevia

strawberries, protein powder, egg whites, almonds

chocolate protein powder, stevia, almond butter, sliced bananas after finished cooking

WOW!!!! And I thought my oatmeal was good lol that blows mine out of the water! I just throw in fruit, greek yogurt and cinnamon haha

Oh geez, you've got to try baked oatmeal. I would make mine in advance for the week. It ends up hardening up in the fridge, but just put some water to make the consistency right for you. It's a whole meal in one. Oats+fruits+protein+fats = heaven.

You won't be disappointed. I like the pumpkin pie one the best. Or you could try blueberry pie... instead of pumpkin add blueberries?! I say that because I had blueberries this morning. Anything will do. Maple and vanilla and butter flavorings work miracles haha.

THIS IS SOO GOOD I have it whenever possible. Even fr dinner sometimes lol.

Packet of Quaker Instant oatmeal Half a banana Handful of special k or other crunchy cereal 1/4 cup of dried berry trail mix 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Put it all in a bowl and add between 1/3 to 3/4 cup of water, stir and microwave for a minute. Enjoy with some hot tea :)

I eat oatmeal most mornings for breakfast, I make the steel cut oats then I stir in my vanilla whey protein powder bc I don't like drinking the shakes. I also add cinnamon or fresh fruit.

I've also done just oatmeal with peanut butter stirred in and some fruit.

Also oatmeal with a little maple syrup
i make real cranberry sauce with orange juice and zest and then use that to sweeten my oatmeal.... love it!
Try overnight oats for 2 to 4 servings, I love this

1 cup rolled oats 1 cup Low-Fat Yogurt 1 tbsp honey 1 cup almond milk 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries or a mixture 1.banana sliced

Overnight oats are just quick oats soaked overnight that absorb the liquid you put them in

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Put in the fridge overnight uncovered or covered, your choice.

2 Add toppings such as almonds, coconut etc just before serving. I suppose a tbsp of PB wouldnt hurt either

There is NO COOKING involved at all! (Although you could heat them just a tiny bit in the microwave to take the chill out)

Oh those are good, too. When you soak them in the fridge and just eat the chewy creamy goodness the next day <3

I just made "tiramisu" oatmeal...well kinda...lol :)

I cooked one serving of rolled oats in coffee instead of plain water, and I added 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and sweetener to taste.

I didn't do this but you could probably add like a little yogurt or cream cheese or mascarpone cheese and swirl it in too...

Oats pancakes very nice for snack or breakfast. 2 tbsp dry oats, 4 egg whites, 2 tbsp fat free milk. Blend it in the blender and use as a pancake batter. I normally bake 4 small pancakes out of this with a total of 90 calories (substitute milk with water ) and then top it with fat free vanilla yoghurt , dash of honey and sprinkle of cinnamon and fruit.

My fav that I have every morning steel cut oats with cinnamon, then when done cooking I mix in chopped banana chunks, raisins , some walnuts. You can also make the night before and heat them in the micro the next morning. Just and a little milk and I usually heat for 1:30
I found an awesome recipe using oatmeal, protein powder, whole wheat flour, applesauce, liquid egg whites, cinnamon and nutmeg. These cookies come out really dense and thick but it makes about 18 of them and are huge..

Dry ingrediants 2 c oatmeal ( original recipe calls for any kind of oats as long as they arent quick cook but thats all i had and it still came out well. The bottom was a tiny bit dark but still good) 1 c whole wheat flour(i have read of variatons using reg flour) 3 scoops protein powder( i have used chocolate and vanilla and i think the vanilla comes out better. If u use chocoalte protein then i would take out the nutmeg) 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp nutmeg 3/4 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt

Wet ingrediants 1 c unsweet applesauce 3/4 c liquid egg whites 1 tsp vanilla

You can add dried cranberries or nuts as well.. Mix wet into dry, then add dried cranberries or nuts if you want. Bake 15 min at 350 on parchment paper.
Oats with two tbsp if cocoa some flaxseeds ground up some wheat germ and stevia

Craisins, banana, brown sugar, dash of nutmeg, and milk. I would boil the water with the vanilla and a dash of salt. If u want peanut butter and banana oatmeal cookie make the cookie uniform and sandwich them with jelly is worth a shot. I don't have an exact recipe but if u are interested I could work on one for u.
Melt marshmallow and mix it with oat and any other fruits or cereal u like, then let it cool down!!! Yummy!!!!
