How to use tahini?
I just bought a very large tube of tahin, mainly for using it in hummus, but as I can't use that much on hummus I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas on how to use it? Meals, recepice, I'm open for anything :D Thank in advance!

Babaganoush! *drools*
Tahini is really good on bread with honey.
I use it as a fat in salad dressings too. Or thin it out with some water, add some garlic & vinegar and pour it over steamed broccoli or other greens.

Ooo yes, if you mix it with honey, it tastes like halva!
Tahini is like a main staple in my house- we usually just mix it with some water til it gets thick (get it to a point that its creamy, not too thin but not so thick that the spoon can't glide through it easily). Spread it on anything and sprinkle on a bit of salt or my favorite, za'atar. I'll put it on a pita and top it with some salt, curry, and cut up veggies, or same thing in a sandwich... my husband likes to drizzle on some olive oil and dip a plain roll into it. It's so good! Healthy too- good calcium and iron.
