Hi everyone,

I am the moderator of this board so I just wanted to say "Hello!" to all the posters on the Recipe forum. I look forward to bringing you lots of great recipes, tips about healthy eating and any other bits of information I may find.

Enjoy the forum!

Edit: Just updating this post. To search Calorie Count's recipe database, go to the top right corner, type "name of ingredient" in the yellow box. Make sure you select "Recipes" from the drop down menu. This will take you to all the recipes posted by other CC members.

Hi Sarah here, I am new on this forum, I joined this forum recently. I joined this community to get updates about healthy Recipe. I hope i'll enjoy my time here and gather information about Recipe. :)

Hi, Rosemary here, I am new to this but I need all the encouragement you can give me.

Hi! ~~ I've been using Calorie count for a while, but have not availed myself to ALL of its offerings!

I entered a new recipe today "Gee's Beef Barley Soup" and wanted to 'share' it.  My husband and 23 year old daughter are also sharing "CC". but when my husband went to enter in the soup... it was nowhere to be found.

Please explain how i can publish a recipe so that others can use the nutrition info, etc. and eat the same meal with me. it would truly help us on our path to eating better.

Thanks,

Kathy

Kathrynstar, your question is a tech issue so I don't know the answer! Pleas post this on the Calorie Count forum or email the site's support for help. Thanks!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
