Anti-aging creams for 20 somethings

Quote  |  Reply

I'm 27.  I know I need to start using SOMETHING to help with wrinkles.  I was actually told a few years ago to start using something... but what?  I don't know where to start.

I do have acne prone skin, so I usually use Neutrogena Acne wash and clean and clear moisturizer.

Is there an anti-aging moisturizer I should replace the other stuff with?  I also don't want to spend a boat load of money if I don't need to, so something from wal-mart or the local drug store would be the best.

HELP!

And if you *actually* are getting visible wrinkles, see a derm for a retin-A cream. (Or whatever s/he suggests; in all likelihood, unless you've got rosacea, it'll probably be some kind of retinoid.)

A while back I went and had a facial and the lady said I should be using a retinol cream... which was what lead me to ask the question.

I don't smoke.  I do tan 2x a month (I know... bad).  I am starting to notice the little lines by my eyes more.

I figured that the lady was just trying to sell me her expensive moisturizing junk.

I think I'll just stick to eating right and maybe asking my Dr. next time I see him.

Thanks for everyone's input!
