Cat Lovers...How true is this?
In my house a 1. in the 2 years I have had my oldest cat (and 1 year for the youngest) they have only tried to wake me up like twice. But most of the time I don't have that problem because I keep dry out over night.
That was sooooooooo cute!!! But I don't have a cat.... (Always wanted one though, preferably a calico)
yea I have 4 cats. It was an accident, but we do. And a dog that weighs more than I do. So yea, I'm pretty experienced at being woken up by hungry animals.
I would say that is pretty accurate for my cat, but once I am awake and moving around she curls up in a little ball and takes a nice long nap for most of the day. She just wants me to be up and about.
Saw it before, I think it's funny. Mine don't try to wake us up, but they'll hound you once you are up.
Too funny! Many years ago my cousin had a cat that would wake us up at about 4 am by getting under the covers and biting our toes ... we would yell and it would purr ...
I have this linked in one of my journal entries.
My grandkids love this clip.
Oh yeah I've seen that one. 10!
Thank you for sharing, I have seen this link, but it never gets old. I love it!
about an 11. my cat does the exact same thing every weekend. gotta love him though.
I love that clip every time I see it!
We definitely have one cat (Emily) like that! She hasn't bonked us over the head with a bat (yet), but she has twice climbed large artificial plants in our bedroom and caused them to come crashing down on our bed.
my cat has done everything that cat did to me almost every morning except grabbing my ear and stretching it and hitting me with the bat of course.
but def does everything else!
My kitten peanut (who is 6 months now) always wakes me up by jumping on my legs..or jumping right on my face. lol.
It hurts [=
10!! I love when kitty snaps his ear - lol!! Our boy cat Goober has gotten into a habit of sitting on top of the TV on my dresser...naughty naughty, so now I have to leave the door shut all day (and all night so the two don't bug us). That sure doesn't stop the kitties from scratching under the door to get in, jumping at the knob, or trying to climb the door frame. Weirdos.
Do love the clip though!!
it's liek a 15 in my place! i have 2 cats, one about 7 pounds and the other about 15 pounds. the 7 pounder comes in every mornign to wake me up. he walks over me repeatedly and sticks his nose in my eye to wake me up. he also head butts me. if i can manage to ignore him long enough, he calls in the 15 pounder to walk on me and wake me up. they are terrors!
I have that cat.
Edit: But right now it is laying on my keyboard and trying to play with the mouse.
I've seen this before and it is so true! I have 2 cats and the older one wakes me up by either repeatedly hitting me in the face with his paw or eating my hair. The paw in the face is very cute every time, but eating my hair is not! LOL!
Definitely a 10! This is my one cat exactly. Especially the part when he slaps his face. My cat does this until we get up and feed him because he is obsessed with food. (Is there a caloriecountPlus for cats??? just kidding, we have him under control most of the time).
Thank you for posting this clip. I was belly laughing so hard that I had tears in my eyes. My office neighbors had to think that I lost my mind! I love the paw on the face, that is so my cat. They do that exact same thing when they are out of food. When they have food they are content to be cute and sleep next to me, but beware if they run out of food, then I have two furballs walking all over me, wandering around the apartment meowing, and being a general pain in the neck.
