A chart or converter for womens pant sizes?

Does anyone know of a chart that tells you what your waist size measurement equals pant size wise? A converter or chart of some sort?

the size charts on the website for whatever clothing company you are shopping will have inches.

sizes vary by maker.

darn but that's a good idea tho'
