At first I was afraid, I was petrified. Kept thinking that Chat will eat me alive

But then I read so many posts
Lurking to see how you Chat
And I grew strong and I learned how to get along
And now you tell me about the Clique
I just walked in to be told the Clique controls every post
I should have changed that stupid post
I should have learned to leave you be
If I'd've known for just one second you'd be back to bother me

Some where out there, some one is singing that.

I don't like shellfish...I guess that leaves me with beignets.  *loads up plate*

I haven't had decent scallops in quite a while.

A time to be born, a time to die
A time to plant, a time to reap
A time to kill, a time to heal
A time to chat, a time to mow

I do find beehive construction fascinating.  I just prefer that it not happen in my shed.

Hmm. Helping my brother tear out some insulation from the walls and ceiling of his new house today. I just snuck in here on my lunch break ;)

I may do them wrapped in bacon this weekend. I usually do all the holiday cooking but I btiched up a storm this year so Mrs. Brook is going to do it. I should do something.

Classic moment last night.

D and I are in bed reading and he looks over and sees my outfit for today hanging up and asks if that's what I'm wearing for my interview.  It's charcoal grey pants, a black jacket, and a coral shell.

D: Good choice on the salmon colored top.  When you wear a dark suit you need a pop of color.

Me: I'm impressed on your fashion sense and that you knew that was salmon colored.

D: I got lucky.  Don't ever expect that to happen again.

Tragic mistake setting the bar so high right out of the box.

Agreed.

Setting low expectations from the get-go ensures an easier obtaining of laud.

Don't worry, I really don't expect that to happen ever again.  I'm fairly certain he was momentarily possessed by the spirit of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy for those few seconds.

Yeah, the time to mow my lawn has actually passed.  It's like the grass grew a few inches over the past few days.

Just can't put it off anymore.. it's starting to wave in the wind...DH gets the ride on.. I do the detailed  cutting near the house and around trees.  I tell myself that its good exercise.

I am irrationally pleased by that story, Pav. Keeper. You haz him.

My husband would have said (if he said anything) "You're wearing orange and black? Is it Halloween?"

Fashion and color combo sense he does not have. In fact, I think he has some color blindness going on. And the phrase "pop of color?" He wouldn't have a clue what that means! Oh well, he has other positives.

And good luck on the interview!

Well when you cut the grass with a Reaper's Scythe there is much to look forward to!

Get ready for the itch.

We insulated the ceiling and walls of my cabin (actually a shed) and coughed for weeks afterwards.  Last time I ever play with fiberglass...

I'm already hungry. I had an egg and oatmeal for breakfast. It's not time for my mid-morning yogurt yet. If I eat it now, I'll be hungry before lunch. I have a Lara bar in my desk that I'm trying not to think about.

I am sooo singing this right now!  (Good thing there are no customers in here right now!)

Morning!

*oggles buffet*  where to start....

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
