Hair Epulation
This is by no means a pitch to sell a product, but I have to share this with you all:
I recently purchased a hair epulator (sort of like an electric shaver, but instead of shaving, 40 tweezers pluck out your hair). I used it for the first time last night before I had dinner. It's painful and makes your skin feel like it has a sunburn. The underarm attachment is supposed to minimize pain, and while I was able to complete the procedure, I almost cried.
Anyway, I am not advocating any hair removal product, but I found it to be an excellent appetite suppressant. I had to force myself to eat after I was finished with my legs and underarms (45 minutes). Next time you want to binge eat or treat yourself to a high calorie goodie, try removing hair somewhere on your body first!

ow ow ow ow and ow. Sticking to wax! You ladies are far braver than I am!!!
I think wax hurts way more! Waxing means a much larger area at a time, so to me, it's worse.

I like it because you don't have to grow hair to a specific length the way you do with waxing, and it's much less messy.
This. And it doesn't hurt me at all. It never has.
Actually, waxing doesn't hurt me either, but I hate wating for the hair to grow. It gets really itchy.

Yeah, and inconvenient...like when a function is coming soon, and you've got an inch of leg fur going on so you can't wear a skirt.
I used mine the other day and yes...it is amazing!!! I literally epilate everywhere lol! I seem to suddenly hate body hair! The one thing I found was doing it actually makes me feel sick lol...the thought of eating doesnt even interest me when doing it, the pain is awful but well worth it! Its a feel good factor too ;) when I feel "overweight" I notice everything...cellulite, wobbly legs/arms/tummy, hairy legs etc, no tan...the list is endless lol...but when I have epilated I feel so good and its a knock on effect, I start to take more care of my body, beauty treatments etc ;)
Ive been reading your posts and comments and we are SO alike! The one thing that this binge eating has a great effect on is the chances of me dating men ;( I find a nice guy, have say 4 days to go till I see him, a binge appears and I cancel the date ;( its just pure craziness ;( I am now on day 4 "again lol" of healthy eating/calorie counting/exercising/diet pills to suppress my appetite....I have a date in 3 days time and I pray I dont mess up by then!!!! I need to get into some skinny clothes as I chucked out all my old clothes when I got super skinny...I only have size 6's now!!!! If I didnt binge...Id be "spot on" super healthy and super fit! I long for the day that my binges are gone forever ;) x
