Good morning, all and happy Friday eve!

I don't knowwwwww!

We don't have any plans.  And I'm really busy for the next few weeks - moving and stuff like that - and he works like 60 hours a week.

i can't wait to see casey! i'm planning to make him a healthy breakfast saturday, but i can't decide what to make

haha believe me, i'd normally make him my awesome french toast, bacon, etc. but he just started a new work out/healthy eating plan this week. i don't want to sabotage because he seems really happy that he's been doing so well! plus we'll be drinking beer friday/saturday nights :)

I so agree with you. But I make better French toast than pancakes... and waffles are awesome too. The bacon is a constant.

Maybe a spanish omelet with lots of veggies? a little bit of cheese?

i was thinking maybe kashi waffles, either fruit salad or a fruit/yogurt parfait type deal, and turkey bacon...
