Heh.  My daughter's teacher has a female cat.  Female cat found baby bunnies in the bushes behind her house.  Female cat would bring the baby bunnies to the house and groom them, thinking they were kittens.  Daughter's teacher would return baby bunnies to the bushes.  Female cat would bring them back.

Not sure who won that battle.

Director comes up to me and says, "Is there anyway you can teach me how to know when New Girl is screwing up before you leave?" Referring to the idiot they hired to do insurance verification/new case entry.  I say, "I don't think so.  I know because I've done her job."  She replies, "Well, but for instance how did you know that such and such was wrong?"  I look at her and say, "Because I know every single thing that happens from admission to billing so it's easy for me to spot when something has been done incorrectly.  If you want me to train you on all that it'll take me another 13 years."

Heh. What did she say?

She just sort of stood there looking at me and I finally said if I thought of any pointers I'd be sure to put them in the procedure manual I'm writing.
