Well, we don't have those here. Kids in school have little ones but the bigger ones are better than a plastic jug.

I would be willing to give up my gallon jug for that. Less plastic. Besides I've got enough to plant my seeds in now.

This reminds me oh when I worked at Dairy Queen, the milkshake and icecream stuff came from a plastic bag in the back, which a hose is hooked up to the nozzle, and carried up front to the ice cream machines.  I'd always have to change them and it was so hard to move them because come on... its liquid in a bag Tongue out

did you spin them so you could drain every last bit of mix from the bag? Gotta watch food cost.

Yeah I was getting paid too little and was forced to do too much, I didn't care about saving the company any money.

Someone read the star today ;)

what?

 Huh?

Toronto Star newspaper  ;)

Yes there was an article on it!

Milk jugs are also good to fill with water and freeze for camping or putting in ice chests.  You still have fresh water to drink as it melts, and until it does, you don't have to keep buying ice to fill up your ice chests.

My family goes camping all summer and between the 3 trailers, we have about 8 ice chests.  It's very nice to be able to have water and keep ice all at the same time, since the closest place to get ice is about 20 minutes away...

Had milk + chocolate milk bags in Israel.

hmmm... i didn't know there weren't bags of milk in other places lol.

i have the option... jug, carton or bag... and i pick bag everytime. because lifting up that freakin jug to pour half a cup of milk was just not cutting it for me lol.. and i drink too much milk to get the cartons (cartons.. here at least only come in 2L and less)...

oh and 4L bagged costs the same amount as 2L carton... so win for me.

I remember when I was a kid(MANY years ago) we got milk in a bag. It was more than a gallon, and it had a spigot on it so you could pour a glass easily. That was in Nebraska in the '60's, though. I thought it was a neat idea.

do you mean udders??

This is a very interesting conversation, I like my milk in a bag. though. Canada has good cows, that have good milk, so now I'm going to get a glass of milk.

Planters NUT-rition Sustaining Energy Mix Plus Giveaway
Protein has become a big marketing buzzword these days, especially when it comes to snacks. And when I saw Planters had come out with a new NUT-rition Sustaining Energy Mix boasting 10 grams of protein on the front, I wasn’t impressed by the package claim. But I was happily surprised with the snack within.
