I like that plain ones, though sometimes I can go for a good BBQ. MMM Potato anything, A holiday I can really get behind.
The homemade ones at Joey B's (local St louis restaurant).
Close second are any kettle cooked brand w/ BBQ flavor. (Ms. Vicki's are pretty good.)

I love kettle chips, but my gums don't!...silly gums.
First time I've posted in the Lounge, but this is a topic I feel strongly about:
Golden Flake Sweet Heat BBQ Chips!
They are the only chips that I can honestly say that I've eaten an entire bag of all by myself. If they don't have them where you live, well, I can't decide if I feel bad for you because you don't have access to them or jealous of you because you don't have the temptation of them every day.
Also, my hubby and I sometimes make this little dish that we call "redneck nachos." Basically, you take a bag of tortilla chips, dump them on a cookie sheet, drizzle the pile of chips with the contents of a small bottle of ranch dressing, cover the whole deal with shredded cheese of your choosing, and then heat in the oven until the cheese is melted. It sounds disgusting but I can assure you it is divine!
I am sure that the Special K cracker chips are just as good though...right????
Kruncher BBQ or good 'ol plain Lays with ketchup. ![]()
*reads first few posts in thread, begins craving chips at 945am*

Lay's Classic
Salt and Vinegar Cape Cod chips.

kettle cooked jalapeno
Sour Cream and Cheddar-Yum O!!
I love so many flavors! I prefer chips to nearly any kind of sweet. Oh, salty delightfulness.
I think my current fave is Kettle Chips New York Cheddar. I'm fickle, though. Tomorrow the answer would probably be different.
P.S. Isn't it also Pi Day? Chips AND pie... what a fantastic day.
