Um, yeah - Spiro has some.....passionate feelings about cyclists.
Looks like a reimagining of Quicksilver, but I do like Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Maybe....
The movie looks silly, polemics regarding cyclists notwithstanding.

Well if that was the case they could have made a two hour documentary of cops handing out $500 tickets and driver's license dings for cyclists' unabashed disregard of traffic laws.
