It's a nice day for a Chat wedding. It's a nice day to start again!
Good Morning.
Been a while since I started Chat. We still do the breakfast buffet?
*lets out the barristas, just in case*
*puts out bagels and donuts*
*brings in a platter of brainz of all flavors*
Impromptu meeting made me miss the shuttle. Now I am taking the next one, but it doesn't leave for another hour and a half. Today is gonna be a long day.
Don't people know it's Friday dangit?
Curse those people, Chu! Curse them to H E Double Hockey Sticks!
I will be so happy when this wedding stuff is over and I can get the same gory news I'm used to in the morning...
*9am concall!*
*disappears*
Good morning, Chatterers. I did not watch the wedding. ***haz a proud of self moment***
Hell’s basement isn’t so bad, it’s decorated with 1970’s faux wood paneling stained dark walnut and some really hideous maroon carpet covered with fleur de lis that smells just a bit worse than the one that used to adorn the floors of the Orpheum in Boston back in the 80's, but the whiskey’s fair and the cliental highly amusing, so it’s all good.
I did not watch the wedding.
A) You wouldn't get me up at 4:00 for ANYTHING less important than my child being on fire and
B) We have no cable.
Good Morning!
**scoffs at bagels and donuts. In honor of the Royal Wedding, sets out a proper English breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes, fried mushrooms, fried bread, baked beans in tomato sauce, sausage or bacon, a fried potato cake and of course a spot of tea)**
There, that's better!
morning. I didn't watch the wedding, but its on CNN which is always playing at work. So I've seen a few things. I am so glad this is almost over.
I've been in training all day everyday since wed, and will be in training again today in about an hour. Makes getting my actual job done harder. But training is really helpful.
I also have an interview on Monday.
I guess I'm glad for the royal couple, but personally, I just don't care.
I saw a little bit of it when I was getting ready for work, mostly because I was curious about the dress. I also watched "The Kiss" from my computer at work, but that was about it. The only way I'd be up at 4 am would be if I hadn't gone to bed yet or the house was on fire.
We don't need no water, let the mother bleeper burn.
Burn blother meeper. Burn
It seems to please the British people so I'm happy for them.
Well sure, the royal family is as celebrity as celebrity gets for the British.
It'd be kinda like if Malia or Sacha got married this week.
Maybe I'm watching/reading the wrong/right stuff b/c I haven't been completely bombarded with royal wedding info. There's defiantely been mention of it but not in a ridiculous manner that I have noticed.
Morning all!
I know, right?
I watched some coverage of the wedding the morning, and i admit to watching a few cheesy news specials on it over the last few days.
Maybe i'm a sappy romantic, but I love the whole freakin thing. I think Kate looked perfect!
So you're a cheesy romantic. Alot of women are.
I do think it's vaguely amusing that all the people I know who have shown interest in the wedding are women, including my own wife who woke up to post that she demands pictures of the wedding.
Oh I admit I'm curious about the dress and a few other details and I'll definately be lookign for the highlights when I get home....but that's as far as I'm interested in it. I didn't get up at 4 am to watch any of it or dvr it or anything like that :-)
