Is it really possible to transform a flabby body...??
I want to focus more on toning my body, as well as losing more weight. I am still young, yet I do not have any type of muscle tone or definition in my legs, arms, etc. Ever since puberty, I've had flabby legs, thighs, never had those lean, toned thighs that some girls have in their youth. Just poor genetics. However I want to change that
but I want to know is it REALLY possible for a woman who never had a toned, hot body to turn it into something like this
http://www.derekhail.com/wp-content/uploads/2 009/02/faphne-joy-show-magazine-2.jpg
Most of these women usually were already small, petite to begin with, and were already toned and they just enhanced that. I've never seen a woman with a flabby, shapeless body transform it into something like this ever. Maybe there have been women who did but I just never met them or witnessed this
I just want to know is it possible ??
I definitely think it's possible.
But if a person has loose skin after the weight loss, that tends to make them have a less "tight" body. And usually, there is little you can do about loose skin except for surgery.
There is so much photoshop in that image I can't take it seriously.
No, you can't look like this because nobody can. Unless you are a photshopped photo.
However, It is possible to become firm and toned in a "real" way. Anyone can. It is down to seriously using your muscles and reducing the fat that lays over them.

I have never been super overweight. The most i've weighed is like 185lbs and I am 5'8. No loose skin, just not that toned and I have flabby thighs. I am 165lbs and I want to get down to 150lbs and I want to be very very toned and tight in all the right places.

I agree that colors, skin tone, and maybe a couple curves were airbrushed and made softer through photoshopping. Very few people can look like this, but really, you're going to say that no one can?
this one is a candid

She looks like she has always been small, and toned. I want to know if its possible that my body can look like this through diet or exercise or would I need to get surgery?

That model is very toned and very thin. I don't know her weight, but I'm guessing it would be barely healthy, if not underweight. Unless she is naturally very thin, she probably has to put in a good bit of effort to maintain her body.
If you're looking to firm your body, though, a good way is to lift heavy weights.
That model is not 'toned' she is just thin.
I was obese 3 years ago and now look like ^^^that, so yes it's possible to have muscle definition after being overweight.

The waist width and body length has been seriously altered in that image. I would say you would need to be a genetic freak to achieve it. So yes, no one can achieve THOSE proportions
edit :sorry double post
is it possible to appear more "toned" by lowering body fat through exercise and diet, absolutely. Is it possible to look like a picture of a celebrity, most of the time, probably not. There are so many other factors that effect the way a person looks, unless you have key characteristics that are similar you will never achieve her "look". That being said, eating clean, lifting heavy, and HIIT is guaranteed to make you feel better and look better.
i didnt see that she had any muscle tone at all.
True. In both those photos I saw skin tone, but no muscle tone.
If you're looking for inspiration for a fit, toned body then look no further than Ambereva's profile.

Well, her arms have muscle in that they are not literally skin and bones. But not appreciable muscle. I'm not knocking her. But I wouldn't describe her as "toned".
(I can only see the second pic - the first from the OP is blocked.)
I think it's really, really important to be realistic with yourself. Your body is not like anyone elses. And the sooner you embrace what it is and is not capable of, the closer you will be to being comfortable.
Some people can lose a large amount of weight and not have loose skin. Some people can work out a little and get quick, noticeable results. Some people can eat more and lose weight, some people don't have stretch marks, etc, etc.
I will never look like that or close. My skin didn't bounce back. I have muscle...but it isn't really visible underneath the remaining pudge and extra skin. I would have to lose a lot more weight than would really be healthy for me in order to have the body I always dreamt about.
Is it possible? For some. I can't say if it is for you or not. I wish you luck though!

I did.
However, very few of my stretch marks are pregnancy related. And I actually lost weight while pregnant and immediately after I had him.
I've seen women who have had babies who have no stretch marks and flat bellies and it amazes me. And I haven't given up on myself...but I have come to terms with the reality that my body will never look like that.

You look great anyway. I heard that stretch marks are related to genetics because some ppl who have never been overweight in their life get them. I heard that needling is a effective way to get rid of stretch marks but it takes a long time

I thought it was candid. It didn't look airbrushed. She's not a porn star but 50 cents girlfriend. I used her as an example as a body inspiration something to motivate me
