Yayyyy Nick is coming to meet me for lunch.  :D

Are you going out for lunch or is he bring lunch?

 yaaay!

so jealous.  J's not back for another week :(

He'll be back before you know it.

Bye Peachy!

And it's so true.  Don't judge another for their decisions.  I agree, some people should not have children.  But my friends know I'd be able to give a child a loving, supportive home and I'm not a huge partier.  But they're like, "You're a fool to give up the partying and boozin' so early."  If that was a huge part of my lifestyle, maybe, but it's not.

Ah well.

*hugs*  at least you're more than halfway there!

heyy, you're halfway there, whoa oh, livin' on a prayer.

sorry, made me think of that song.  lmao.

LOL. I can't even remember the last time I was partying it up in a bar. *thinks really hard*

We have a corporate café across the parking lot.  Nick worked there for about a year, now he works at the big restaurant at the winery.  Anyway, he's meeting me at the café :)

There's never a need to apologize for quoting Bon Jovi.  :D

let's see... for about five years now?   all i hear is, but (insert one of my three nieces' names here) needs a cousin!!!!!

stfu.

Okay Krrpt, that's just obnoxious.  They do need a glass of stfu juice for that.

i know!!  mostly from my sister... i was like, yeah your daughters have THREE COUSINS, NOW FOUR, on your husband's side of the family!!

she's like oh, but they need a (my married last name)  cousin...

i kind of want to punch her sometimes.

I love Bon Jovi! <3

And that is really obnoxious, krr.  Do they say it in public, or just to you?  Either way is annoying, but announcing it publicly is the WORST.

My FIL hints around (anything but subtle) about a baby, but we just laugh and shrug it off.  I told my mom when we want to start trying, and my sister.  Not my father.  I said it was up to him if he wanted to tell his parents or not.

His response:

"Fawk. No.  They'll just drive us nuts, more than they do now.  They can know when we're in the clear.  You can tell your mom, sister, I don't care if you tell your dad, but do NOT let on to my parents that we have any timeframe in mind.  ANY."

lmao.  So that settled that.  I've only told the CCers and I'm on TCOYF but I keep my identity quiet there, only my sister knows who I am.  :3

ha!  i can't hear or say "halfway there" without busting out "WHOOA, LIVING ON A PRAYER!"

my sister just says it to annoy me.

and now i'm used to people asking me about babies all the time now that i'm graduated.  i just say, i dont' have a new job yet.  and they drop it.  lmao.

no one knows that we kind of have a timeframe... and i'd like to keep it that way.  i don't want to officially say anything till we're in the clear.

but his parents will probably know as soon as we do because if we go over there and i dont' have a beer/wine/shot... they'll be all, wtf is going on?

haha...

-- random --

did i ever tell you guys that i sent "<3" to my husband via text and he replies, "what is that? boobies?"

lmao.

You're the designated driver.

yeaahhh.... i'll still have at least one beer or glass of wine... i've never dd'd completely sober... i don't drive drunk, i promise, but i drink responsibly.

That whole drinking thing will be a huge indicator for me, too.  We have at least 2 weddings this summer - one in July and one in Sept so far (we're missing one while we're on the cruise, sadly) and if I'm pregnant for the later one (since I doubt it'd happen so soon for July) then everyone's going to KNOW something's up.  It's one of my sorority sisters for heaven's sake.  lol.  Even July, if I'm on the 2ww and not in the clear then... I might not be able to drink.  So I'll just need to pretend to be on antibiotics or something lmao

People should have children, or not have children, on the schedule that's right for them.  I was 24 when I had my first and 26 when the younger was born.  Now we're finished with child rearing and still feel young enough to enjoy it.  We have friends who are still raising kids because they waited.  I like the way we did things, although it was sometimes a struggle, because it was right for us.

Me too.  I'm somewhat of a lush, so if I quit drinking, people will either assume I'm wicked hung ovaaaa, or that I'm pregnant.

*watches Supersized vs. Superskinny* Please don't judge.

To me it's like aversion therapy. I don't know if any of you are aware of this but...Morbidly obese people literally make me ill. My worst incident was when I was in a bar (a friend of mine was a stripper) and this woman came out & stripped. She was over 400 pounds. I spent the next hour or so in the bathroom.
