How do you rate as a husband/wife of the 1930s?

Take the Quiz (then let us know how you did!)

(I scored a 92, apparently I'm either uber old fashioned, or I am some sort of throwback to an earlier era!)

-8, lol!

Good thing you're in the 2000s and not the 1930s, huh?

Laughing

9, haha - total failure

36 - which makes me "poor".

I think what got me were the "Yes" to "Puts her cold feet on her husband at night to warm them up" and the "Seams in hose often crooked".  :)

However, it's fun to see that some things never change ... I like the "often comments on husband's strength and masculinity!"

53 - downright average. It stems from the fact that I don't have/want children, am not religious and am an atrocious houskeeper. >.<

Edit: did it for my husband - he got a 91, making him very superior! :o

Wow that was pretty neat! I scored a 63... not too bad for the Superior housewife part of me.

As a 1930s wife, I am
Very Poor (Failure)

I hate housework.  As I remind the Hubby, I am a working woman and have been so for a very long time. If he wants a housekeeper, hire one!

Got 34 - I am Poor.

I got 86, very superior. But its a bit easier for me, I have an old fashioned hubby, and he likes me to stay at home now he earns enough.  I can go back to work if I want too, he would not stop me, he just wants me to be happy.  You cannot get much better than that. It does not have a 'no kids' option, I think that stuffs up the score a bit.

53 average

Im a vulgar, pajama wearing, non-housekeeper :D

Got a 19.... even if I marked the ones I would be willing to do, I would have failed!!!

10 -- but in all fairness... I have no desire to score anything more than that in this marriage -- so, I'm probably over achieving....

EDIT:  I did the husband one -- he scored a -51 -- I win

53.  Not having kids skews it down!

Edit - hubby got 103.  Disliking kids doesn't seem to hurt the guys as much.

This could have been written by me.  On all counts.  Freaky.  Though the actual scores were a bit different.  Cool

I'm a 58 - average -- one pt higher and I'd be superior - I too am not a housecleaner and didn't mark any children but my kids are adults now

51 but I lied about how whiney I really am. :D
I got a 26. I think it was the red nail polish and the vulgar language that did me in!

Who knew making dinner wearing pajamas and red nail polish were so bad???

:: giggle ::

i got an 83 but im not one to complain i would rather live in the 1930s then now things were so innocent and laid back now everthing is rushed an all about sex.SealedInnocentSurprised
