While that's icky, I think that's 'just' collagen injections; I would guess the changes in her nose are her septum going from all the snorted narcotics. Maybe a nose job failing due to all the snorting. Either way, it's all bad.

You know what would be even scarier? But I guess perhaps very inappropriate as well - a time-lapse video of her breasts. Didn't she have a botched boob job? Or maybe that was Tara Reid.Or maybe all of them. haha

Tara Reid had some bad lipo and ended up with some pretty yucky scars on her abdomen, but I'm not sure about her boobs.

Oh yes - notoriously messed up boob job, which became apparent when she fell out of her dress at (I think) some party.
