It's Friiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Welcome one and all: lurkers, chatters, and noobs.

*puts out fresh cheese danishes for gator, egg strata, fried ham, fresh fruit, a vat of coffee and a giant bowl of Mike n Ike*

Mike n Ike are apparently getting a divorce.  I'm devastated.

Constant prancing may very well be the secret to happiness.

Hard to be gloomy when prancing.

This is true wisdom. I dare anyone to prance and not grin in a silly way.

I thought you were a gator, not a pony ;)

Afternoon all! I've been busy most of the day so I couldn't stop in.

Hubby called the HR person at the job and they told him the applicant info has been given to the supervisor of the vacant position for further review. She said they should start calling people next week.

*waits impatiently*

*twitches*

Did I miss anything exciting today? Does everyone have nice plans for the weekend?

Tomorrow my coworkers and I are going to volunteer our service in doing improvement project at a local women & children shelter. I'm looking forward to that.

Then 6:30 - 9:00 pm will be a charity dinner cruise with LadyRider.

...was on Buzzfeed looking at the top images of 2011. It was the dog resting by the casket of the perished SEAL, that started me bawling.

How can happy animals be blocked by work?!

Eh, none of them looked happier than your seal anyway.

Is it wrong that I'm judging the temp based on the fact that she's not punching holes in the paperwork in the same place so that the files look orderly and paperwork is easy to put back in them?

I mean, ****, the paperpunch is designed to automatically center the holes exactly.  She has to be actively ignoring the little brackets!

Probably unnecessary to borrow stress.

This would totally annoy me.

In this world there are those that care if the files are orderly, and those that do not. You know which side of the equation you fall on, unfortunately the temp is on the other side.

It's not stressing me.  It just makes me think she's going to suck.
