Good morning chatters, visiters and lurkers.

This morning we have breakfast pizza,  thin crust, scrambled egg, tomato, peameal and sharp cheddar.

Side of fruit salad and some hummingbird muffins

coffee is on.  You know where the kettle is if you want tea.

Overcast and heading into a cold weekend. Perfect beach weather for me. I love the beach when it's cold, better when it's stormy. :)

Hubs lost another 4 lbs. this week (20 lbs. in 4 weeks - I'm so happy for him!).  I lost nuthin' for the second week in a row.  Time to shake things up!

I have to admit that the most fun I had on a Florida beach was during a hurricane (it was around the bend so we just got some massive waves.

Good for him!  Isn't it funny how we can eat the same, exercise the same but not have the same results?

You are allowed to disregard my rant of the other day at will. It never fails. The second I start pontificating about my weight loss 'journey', I calorie myself right the eff up.

Last night was a derail of epic proportions. :)

Happens to us all kg.

I am just starting to get myself back on the wagon after a week of poor choices.

Yeah, I'm already in adjustment mode. It's just Karma's way of reminding me to seek humility. :)

looks like we are going to have a little snippit of winter

I always appreciate it when humility comes knocking.

I'm sitting here with a Panera cinnamon roll next to me in its cute little pastry box.  I'm sick, it's Friday, my healthy breakfast of quinoa and almond butter tasted so disgusting that I couldn't eat it, and I'm tired of eating the same foods day in and day out.  I don't deserve a break (my whole life has been one!), but I'm taking one anyway.  :)

*Waves hi to visitor, flashes chatters, and moons lurkers.

Enjoy your cinnamon roll.

I heard on the radio yesterday that groups of people studied for weight loss, the group that enjoyed a piece of cake each morning lost more weight than those that did not.

Evidently they avoided sweet food cravings for the rest of the day, had an energy spike first thing in the day.

I can live with this kind of thinking :)
