2/10 -Umbrella Day
Admittedly, I had a brain fart and read that as "unicorn day" initially and was uber pumped. Umbrellas suggest rain and today's sunny and nice, so I hope this doesn't shift my weather or something. :P
Apparently today is also Plimsoll Day.

I have a tat.. most of my lower back is covered. It wasn't what it is supposed to be.. The first tat artist F'ed up BIG time and the cops were called when I refused to pay. (My MOm was there thank god). The cop agreed with me. (win) So I had to get it fixed and I did so by having a new artist doing a whole big scene on my lower back...

My first tat (last April) has lots of meaning and most of you know that story. I'm glad I got it where I did (inside of my ankle) Stays covered at work, but otherwise, it's a talking point and that's ok with me.
2nd tat will be a dragonfly on my upper thigh. The drawing is one my mom did the year before she died.
Past that, not sure if I'll do more.

It is pretty.. Tat artist #2 was awesome... It is three dragon flies, (the second one was to match the first but aritst #1 made it bigger, a different color and it looked like a 2 year old drew on me, and it is an inch higher...) so the third dragon fly is off center, she also fixed dragon fly #2 to look better.. there is a bunch of vines and flowers too...

hubby has two tats. a skull with a twinkle in his eye and a Ka-Bar in his teeth with a few drops of blood, and underneath, in Old English text has USMC
and he has a dragon tat on his leg.
Alright, I'm crashing this party again! Bouncers be damned! I love tats! I only have three right now but I think I want one more that my husband designs since he is an artist.
Dove, yours sounds really neat! It makes such a huge difference when you have a great artist to do the work! Working on skin is so much different than any other medium.

i keep trying to get my husband to draw me something... but he won't. he was an active artist in high school and has tucked it away since then. i know he wants to start again.. but he's already refusing that i even get to see anything.. *crosses arms* humph

I know two girls who have kiss marks on their butts. They got a job together and found out one drunken girls' night out; they had both gotten them at around the same time, but having not known one another previously.
Opposite cheeks, too. Totally lolable.
