How many cals should I be eating..?
You should be eating at least 3000+ calories to gain, if you're a teenager. Even more if you're going to be doing sports.
you need 1500 calories to maintain your current 96 pounds.
so +500 per day to gain a pound per week. But since you're doing sports go with +700.
so eat 2,200 calories per day.
Then after a week weigh yourself and see if you gained or not. If you still didn't gain add +200 calories.

She's 15, she needs way, way more to just maintain, 1500 is the minimum to lose weight at someone her age.
2,200 is what most teens eat only to maintain, even more if they're active.
Alright, thanks guys. Looks like I need to up my cals.
