Easter guilt :'(
I ate my lunch of a small piece of turkey, 1 and a half carrots, a piece of brocoli, 1 roast potato and a tablespoon of stuffing and I feel SO guilty :(
I mean, the only other thing i've had today so far is a quarter of a easter egg and 4 malteasers :(
I'm terrified I'm going to gain like a stone by tomorrow even though it's impossible! :(
What should I do?? Have I really eaten alot? I have a hunger pain, and it's on been just over an hour since I ate lunch! :(

Sweetie....seriously? This is NOT a lot of food, actually it's a ridiculous amount;) From an older post I gather you should be eating 3000, right? carrots&brokkoli are almost zero cals, potato&turkey very little, easter egg (a quarter) not close to much either... the ónly thing which got a few calories into your system was the tbsp stuffing and the maltesers - I say A FEW CALS! I'm glad you had them at least!!! If I got my maths right then you gain one stone by eating more than 42000cals - see what I mean??
Now, I'm not your nutritionist LoL but I'm still concerned so I hope you had some proper breakfast (or was that the 1/4 easter egg + maltesers??) and I wish you would eat a regular to big piece of turkey (lots of required protein!) at least 3 meadium potatos (healthy, desperately needed carbs!!) and some more veggies (but not to many, otherwise you feel bloated and stuffed, fake-stuffed, that is). Great would be if you used some healthy vegetable oil like olive oil or something else to up the cals a bit.
Also, please eat the whole egg - best would be if you ate two, they proved great recovery food for me, I was advised to add at least two for every dinner but sometimes I would have them for breakfast or as a snack....as you chose!:)
And if you like maltesers, they make a great snack but please please have some more;)
Now don't worry, you won't put on a stone (sadly actually, because I think you're supposed to gain at least 1??^^)
A few things to keep in mind:
1. You won't gain at all on such a little amount of food, you might lose (not good!!)
2. Gaining is a good thing, it's what you're supposed to do to be healthy
3. Please eat more than that!!!
I hope you'll at least have a nutritious afternoon snack&dinner!! Have a look at the what-did-you-eat-today posts to see what you should be eating! Read your comment on caitlin's post whether her meal plan was healthy - now, you thought it was, right? Your answer also applies to you if it applies to her, doesn't it?
So please try to eat more!!;)

Happy Easter!:-)
Aww hun you sound like me last easter. It is awful to have an ED at Easter.
I was posting on the maintaining thread about 2 months ago and havn't been on here for ages as I stopped counting calories. Anyway, I've decided to gain more as I don't have my period yet btw.
You have not eaten a lot at all, no wonder you are hungry! I just replied to your other post about Easter, it seems you are focussing a lot on food and what others are eating and what you are going to be eating - it's all classic ED please try and fight it, i know exactly how you are feeling and how hard it is though. Let me tell you you will NOT blow up. Gaining weight is the easy bit but you really have to fight the ED thoughts if you want to recover. It feels horrible and scary and you want to cry all te time but after that stage is over it gets soo much better and you will start to realise there is so much more to life and focussing on this is not a life at all.
I wish you all the best hun, please eat some more of that yummy chocolate you deserve it! If it helps you want to know what normal is, I have had cereal, a big roast dinner, half a chocolate egg and a packet of malteaser bunnys! And snacked more of leftovers :) and will have another meal later probs.
Thank you-both of you- ever so much for your long a detailed replies.
You have both inspired me by punching up my calories too 3000-like I really should be consistantly eating- today!
I hope it goes well! And I wish the best of luck for the both if you!
