Let's all post with putting our gaining weigh ins and stats!
What are you doing to gain?? How much have you gained?? And what is your goal??
I am 5'7 and currently 118-122. My lowest was 94 so you do the math!!!
My nutritionist says that 130ish is where I should be..anyone else?

I'm currently 115.5 (First time in a long time)
Goal Weight: 120
Meal Plan: Fats and a lot of food
Meal Plan: adding more good fats and starting to just enjoy eating yummy nutritious food, again:) I almost forgot how good oatmeal is!
I'm excited, I HATED being in the 80's... now my goal is 95, then 100, 105, and so on. I really do want to get healthy again.
Nuts & startches have helped me. I'll add a tablespoon of almonds, walnuts, etc. on my meals (yum, I just had whole wheat pancakes with walnuts and sliced apples, so good! or I'll snack on crackers with laughing cow chesses and veggies)--they really do add up over time.
I've also tried "treating" myself and just trying to careless about the calories, etc. I'm eating pretty healthy in my opinion. I can't wait to fit back into some of my old clothes :]

Very slow to gain which is frustrating as I'm eating loads just lately.

Continue to eat healthy foods and go back to the gym to tone and gain muscle.
lowest weight was 80 lbs and i gained 32 lbs in about a month and a half (ouch) muscles and joints couldnt take it so i became very sedentary. Luckily about 10 was water weight so Im around 100 lbs now. i do want to gain a little but i prefer doing it slowly so my legs aren't in so much discomfort. now i work on building muscle mass so i can support any extra weight i gain...
i obviously had no trouble gaining :p but i eat protein shakes and slim fasts a lot since i have problems digesting and absorbing nutrients. i just dont like the taste of ensure sadly. i inhale nuts and nut butter lol, which are so tasty and help me add healthy fats. i LOVE salads and things but have to limit or i fill up for the day!
cant afford a nutritionist so i am going to see where my body wants to be.
My current height is 5'1 and weight = 88lbs, as of Monday. My lowest weight is hard to say... during my recent "slip" in weight, I was 83lbs. but several years ago, 8 to be exact, I was much lower (BAD!)... thankfully, that is over and I'm moving up! :)
Goal = 95lbs or whatever it takes to get my period
Current plan = I've been not focusing on calories, adding fats, and increasing my intake in general. Usually I eat a lot of healthy foods but certainly have what most people call "treat" foods - i.e. ice cream, cookies, etc. no and then (life is too short, right?). I'm also decreasing my cardio exercise and focusing on yoga and weight bearing exercises.
Just got back from eating a large pasta dinner with lots of olive oil so hopefully I'm even closer to my goal!! :)

highest (that i know of): 138
current weight: between 97 and 98
goal weight (for right now): 103
i know that's still realatively low for my height, but its been an extremely slow process. my lowest weight was in october of 07, and this is how far i've gotten since then. that goal is a temporary thing, and when i reach it, i won't base my goal on a number anymore, because that's what got me so low in the first place. so after that 103, i'm going to adjust my goal based on my overall health.
i'm adding a few nuts and nut butters, but unfortunately i'm allergic to most nuts, so i have to be careful. i've also cut out a huge chunk of my exercise. now i alternate pilates and lifting weights and get a fair amount of walking in everyday.

Currently I'm just eating too much food for my stomach and liking it. ;)

Lowest Weight (years ago): 65 pds.
Current Weight: 99-100 pds.
To reach my goal I'm starting out at 2000 calories but that will likely be increased to 2300-2500 within the next few days. I haven't been obsessively active in anorexia for years but still maintained far too much control keeping just underweight (thus perpetuating the ED). I'm so done with it and want to finish it off once and for all - to do so I must be within the healthy range for my height.
My goal weight will never change = 120

goal: 120, which is where I used to be but it's a slow process so I'll be extremely happy when I get past 105...then 110...and so on!
I have to eat tons and tons of food, every 2 hours, and at least 3000 cals a day. I eat avocados, inhuman amounts of peanut butter, handfuls of nuts every time I walk by the kitchen, frozen yogurt sundaes, protein bars, etc. AND getting over my fear of carbs! I'm making myself accept that all breads, pastas and starches are essential for weight gain and they taste pretty good too :)
I also had to cut down my exercise by a lot, yoga and maybe some light cardio that I compensate for 1-2 times a week. Otherwise I just burn through everything I eat.
CW: 102 (down from 105!! nooooo!!)
LW: around 90ish
GW: 120 (what I was pre-ED)
So apparently I have lost 3 pounds in the last two weeks. I've upped my cals a lot though and am having another 3000 calorie day. Hopefully the next weigh in will be better...
But I'm so proud of everyone else! YAY!
I've reached my goal of being 120-125. I'm so happy that I did this. I gain muscle in the process while gaining too. YAY!
