I drink at least 1 L carton of milk per day, every day. Usually more, sometimes 5 or 6 glasses. Should this be of a concern for me?

Just the opposite, IMO-
I've had a point of making sure I get at least 5c daily as one of my key objectives ever since I started taking care of my body. I easily used to go through a carton of Lactaid or Almond milk every other day.
Nowadays I don't drink as much because I can't afford it and normal milk gives me worse problems every time I try...
But if I could drink a liter a day, I'd embrace it!

A cup of whole milk has 8 grams of fat; 6 cups has 48 grams of fat. That is close to the daily limit for a 2,000 calorie diet. I believe the rule of thumb is no more then 30% of your calories from fat. But if you drink 2% or skim milk that is different.
hahhaaa oh the powerpuffs =] but yeah actually idk your age but kids are reccomended 3 cups, teens are reccomended 4 cups, and adults are reccomended 2 cups.....you need the protein, fat, calcium, and vitamins.....2 percent milk is probably like one of those almost perfect foods =] i normally get 3 glasses a day....sometimes more somtimes less...but its not a bad thing.

When gaining weight, things are different. Its not ok to be drinking skimmed milk, gotta get those cals up and having full fat dairy (or similar) is the best way to go about it.
