I'm 17 years old, 5'8", and around 113 lbs. I have lost about 7 lbs over the course of this year but I haven't been eating below 2000calories. I dance (ballet) five days a week for anywhere from 2 1/2 to 4 hours per day. I'm currently eating around 2500 calories (maybe a little less due to some overestimating).
The problem is, I hear a lot of people on this sight either extremely bloated or extremely ravenous all the time, and I'm never at that point. I'm always neither hungry nor full no matter what I eat, which is starting to make me question whether I actually need to gain weight.
So when does the hunger kick in?
Depends on what you're eating and when. If you're snacking throughout the day, you probably won't get starving hungry.
Even when I don't snack though, I don't get hungry. I feel like I'm eating just because I'm "supposed to".
