Hi im a 13 year old girl with anorexia and i weigh 41kg and my height is 157.7cm and this is my mealplan plz add or change anything. my doctor wants me to get up to at least 46kg
breakfast: uncle tobys oats made with water,milkshake with 1/2 cup milk with half a banana, 2 slices of toast with meadow lee and peanut butter or baked beans
snack: apple, fruit juice popper, apple fruit bar
lunch:tiny teddies hundreds and thousands, berry trail bar, sandwich with meadow lee and ham
snack:milkshake (same as breakfast), ski delit yoghurt, 2 sicks of kit kat
dinner:meat with boiled potato and veggies or pasta or chicken or a roast or beef and a glass of pepsi max
Snack: ice cream in a cone
Have you added these into the log to see the calories for a typical day? I did a calculation and around 2250 a day is probably good, but it really depends on how active you are!
I used to be 95 lbs (43 kg, same height as you), i was able to gain about 20 lbs (9 kg) by eating this many calories! So now i weight a healthy 119 lbs(53 ish kg)! I feel so much better and have so much more energy now! Your food choices look really good! :D
