I don't feel motivated to eat my afternoon snack ://
I don't know why, or what it is, and I know i'm STILL not eating the required amount, even with it.... But I need some motivation..PLease?
hey :) i dont know if this would help you but every time i feel i need some motivation i just repeat to myself all the reasons i want to get better, even writing them down and then having them in front of you as you eat your snack helps. I then realise that the only way i'm going to achieve these things and get better is by doing these small steps like eating my snack and getting my calories in.
I also find that it helps if what I'm eating is something that I really enjoy, instead of just something that is just ok. It seems to make it more worth it when what your eating is really yummy!
