Peanut butter is great, I love it! It has so many healthy fats, and peanuts are the only complete protein in nut -well, legume- form (according to a book I'm reading) so no wonder you were craving what you were depriving yourself of! Since you are having the natural kind, it is no problem at all! I eat that much usually per day or a little less, and I'm no longer gaining weight either. You really don't have to ask for permission on what to eat, by the way:)
