I really want to know about redistribution....I don't think it will ever happen and I won't bet my curves back.
for those who are well on their way or fully recovered.....DID YOUR BODY RETURN TO NORMAL?????
I am so upset when I look at my arms and bony chest /flat too....will it fill out?
Yes! I am close to a healthy BMI now and although I must admit my tummy is still a lot bigger than it was (well, of course it is; I'm eating and fully hydrated), the weight is going on 'all the right places' ie bum, breasts and hips/thighs-to make me into a healthy-looking woman with curves. And my arms and legs are all getting in on the action too; the weight is finding its resting place evenly across my body. KEEP GOING it all works out in the end- but you have to push through all the hard times to get there, to get the result you want/need. Hope that helps :)
how much more till you bmi....have you been suffering long (years) and how long has you recovery been.
what are you calories....
I am BMI 17.3, had anorexia for a few years. Am eating 2500+ to gain.
I'm a 32D and haven't eaten spaghetti in years! I do eat carbs though as much as anybody. I'd never heard of the spaghetti myth, personally, but eating well in general helps your hormones and that in turn helps your womanly assets!
so rasberryrose...do you have your period.????
I don't know because I'm on the pill, but I suspect I would because I'm eating far better now than the last time I was 17.3, and I got it then.
francateresa, what BMI are you then? I assume you are trying to gain to a healthy weight?
I am very low still 17..no period...it sucks
