hey guys!!!! I had a cool idea, I don't know if its been done before as I am relatively new here. At each calorie number enter a snack/ treat of equal calories. It will be helpful when we don't reach our goals and need quick stress free food of the right amount.!!!!!!!

(they don't have to be the exact amount but roughly the same!!!!

That's an awesome idea! Here goes:

100: My favorite is a small banana heated in the microwave and sprinkled with cinnamon.

200: Pop a hole in a slice of crusty toast, plop on a skillet, crack and egg in the hole, and fry. Toad in a hole. :)

300: Stuff a WW pita (100 cals) with 1/2 a boneless skinless chicken breast (170 cals), drizzle with honey mustard (40 cals) and add some lettuce for crunch.

400: My famous yogurt-banana delight! Take a pot of plain Greek yogurt (100 cals), mash up a banana (100 cals) and blend. Spread the creamy blend between 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (200 cals). 

500: Heat up a Clif Bar (240 cals) in the microwave, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (60 calories). Blend a T of PB (100 cals) and 2 T of Maple Syrup (100 cals) and heat in a small bowl. Drizzle over the top. Mmmmmm....

600: Grilled power sandwich. 2 slices WW toast (200 cals), spread with 2T PB (200 cals), sprinkle on some raisins (80 cals) and walnuts (100 cals). Spray a skillet with Pam and grill until hot and melty.

 

100: starbucks small skinny caramel macchiato, totally delicious and filling as well :)

200: Belvita breakfast biscuits, so yummy and great if you want something to 'crunch' on :)

300: mmmm, frijj Vanilla! it's slightly over 300 but well worth it!

400: tin of Farmers Market soup (216) with 2 Warbuton sandwich thins (around 200) YUM!

500: frijj new flavours are around 500 i think, such as the Sticky Toffee Pudding one :P

600: how about a fajita, mmmm:)

 

 

 I made 2 suggestions for each just in case the first idea dosen't sound appealing:)

100:  A Mango  or 1/2 can of tuna fried in water with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and carrots.

200: A special k raspberry cheesecake granola bar and a peach or 1/2 pb and jelly sandwich made with white choc pb and blackberry preserves.

300: A nutty bar, or 2 pieces of toast with white chocolate pb.

400: A smoothie made with 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 banana, 1 cup 2% milk, and 1 tbsp of strawberry syrup, or a american cheese and blackberry preserves sandwich

500:  1 and a half cups of rocky road ice cream or 2 vanilla milkshake poptarts and a blueberry yogurt.

600: 1 cup of cranberry almond granola cereal with 1 cup 2% milk, an extra 1/4 cup each  of almonds and cranberries on top. or 2 quaker choc pb granola bars and 1 cup of baked apples

 

 

100- handful of Emerald Sweet and Salty Chocolate Peanut Butter Mixed Nuts, or Cinnamon Almonds (YUMMY!!!!)

200-Luna, Lara, Clif Mojo, Nugo Bars

300- Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Thin with TBS White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate Dreams, or TJ Sunflower Butter, and diced banana

400-LARGE muffins warmed up from a bakery!!!

500- PB Banana and Honey Sandwich grilled on a panini press!

600-French Toast topped with greek yogurt, peanut butter and strawberries!!!

It's by a brand called pb and co! They have other flavors too! All are amazing :-)

I tried to err on the side of underestimating, so some of my ideas may be slightly over. I count them as below, however, and am ever so slowly putting on weight :)

100  - two squares of dark chocolate, four saltine crackers with 1 tbsp peanut butter, small handful walnuts and dried cranberries, small handful yogurt-covered raisins, apple with slice of cheddar cheese, a yogurt, a juicebox

200 - apple cut into quarters and spread with peanut butter, poptart, crackers and cheese, trail mix, yogurt with flaxseed, veggies and chips with ranch dip on the side

300 - half cup premium ice cream, large glass of milk with chocolate CIB, two pieces raisin toast with butter, one piece wheat toast spread with peanut butter raisins and grated carrots, two cookies and a glass of milk, full-fat latte with whipped cream, chocolate bar

400 - two poptarts, grilled cheese sandwich made in butter with tomatoes (tomatoes have no calories, but they are delicious in grilled cheese!), mini-cheesecake, 5 mini-brownies, yogurt with granola and flaxseed, mini-bag of chips with milk

500 - hot chocolate and two pieces raisin toast with butter, cream of wheat cooked in milk with cream,brown sugar and walnuts/pecans stirred in, pita breads with mayo-eggplant dip, banana-nut muffin with grapes and a glass of milk or juice, fruit smoothie and peanut butter toast, nachos with plenty of cheese dipped in sour cream and guacamole

600 - milkshake made with premium ice-cream, bananas, milk and whipping cream

Or, for those of us not fortunate enough to have access to what looks like some **** amazing peanut butter, you can make your own! A few white chocolate chips mixed into your PB and melted in the microwave (watch it, though, it burns easily) and bang, white chocolate peanut butter!

Beth,you're not the only one to be late.Now I'm dying to try 'em all!!Especially the cinnamon one,I bet it would taste wonderful on slices of granny smith apples.

That sounds delicious!  I'm going to try this with almond butter, since I'm allergic to peanuts.

My personal faves are :

100:Pour a little hot water over 1 weetabix and stir until it looks like porridge,but not too liquidy,So be careful with the water(60),Than add 85g Light 'n' fit non fat blackberry yogurt(40) and stir till creamy.

200:100g Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat (72) and a packet of cheese Quavers(87) to dip.

300:6 inch taco tortilla(90),1 table spoon nutella or peanut butter or almond butter (100),spread onto your tortilla,sprinkle 14g seedless raisins(50) and 14g dried cranberries (45),Fold and Toast on a grill until it browns a little.

400:1 medium banana,chopped (100),150g strawberries cut in halves (50),25g Quaker's oat and honey granola(100),190g pot muller light vanilla (100) and 15g dry oats (50) layer it all up and WOOOLA parfait!

500:Bird's eye roast chicken platter 368g(330),Kellogg's nutri-grain elevenses ginger bakes 45g (165)

600:1 Deep chocolate vita-muffin sliced in half, horizontally (100),Fill with 100g Carte'd Or coconut ice-cream (125),2 tablespoons Hartley's best strawberry jam (60),Along with a Ben and Jerry's cherry garcia milkshake (320)

100-a 100cal snack?lol..i guess a banana or large orange

200-homeade muffin(oatmeal chocolate chip or banana chocolate chip), or can of flavoured tuna with cucumber or carrots to spread on

300-chocolate milk! or apple and cheddar cheese

400-bowl of your fav. cereal mixed with pb, soy milk and berries

500- the best sandwich: 2 pieces of your fav. bread with 1/2 an avocado, a banana, turkey breast and tomato...you wouldn't believe how good this is!

600-eggplant filled pasta with pesto sauce and steamed broccoli mixed in, and either hamburger or chicken mixed in as well.

600- 2 ducth crispbreads spread with 4 tbsp crunchy PB, topped with 1 sliced banana and 12g raisins sprinkled on top and in the gaps :)
