i am new to this and i just joined, i have been trying on and off to gain weight i know sometimes i would gain some but i always end up losing the weight im not sure if this site would be much help for weight gain but hopefully someone can help me out in using it to gain weight my target is 160 to 165 any suggestions?

Eat a lot of protein, build muscle, make sure you give your body enough rest for the muscles to develop and don't do as much cardio. After you reach you goal weight though, you need to continue working out those muscles or else you will just lose them again and lose the weight again...
