I've eaten 3000 calories today!

Sorry but this has been my biggest ED recovery accomplishment thus far. Just had to post it!

YOU'RE DOING AN AMAZING JOB, TORI!!!:] That was the biggest step for me, too. Just make sure you don't go *too* fast, otherwise you may get re-feedingsyndrome like I did (not fun). I increased from under 1000 to 3000 cals overnight and after a week or so of eating that, I lost my mental status due to RS. I later discovered that upping your intake to 2000 and then adding 500 cals each day after is the safest route.

Best of luck on your continued journey! You CAN do this!

Thank you so much! I'm a little peanut buttered-out at the moment but I realized I gotta get serious and 1200 wasn't cutting it. I'll probably keep around 2000 for a bit and see how that goes and up it from there.

Thank you again!:)!

If you're peanut buttered out, try some "super milk" for a change! 1 cup of milk with 1/3 cup of powdered milk. You can double the calories without even noticing!:]

Ooh, try some other nut butters! Almond is my favorite (I rarely have PB anymore) and cashew is a close second.

Good job! :)

Way to go toridl!!!  That's fantastic!!

Honestly, I'm not sure you can ever by PB'd out :) :)  Seriously, though, you are kicking ED's butt!  3000 cals is great, you should be proud of yourself.  Change is hard, especially when you've been eating so little for so long.  Way to switch your mind-set - it's one of the hardest thing to do and you did it!  Keep it up!

Congratulations! I've really been scarfing down the calories lately too, swimsuit season is coming up  and I know I'm wayy too uncomfortable in my own skin at the moment so I really need to put some serious effort into this.

And I don't think it's possible to get PB'd out either lol, but I switch it up with Almond butter (LOVELOVELOVE) and I really think it's whats going to push me through recovery, I can easily go through half the container in one sitting :)

Congrats.. <3333333

Way cool!

Congrats! Must feel great to kick EDs A** and not think twice! Keep it up girl!

Thanks for the support, everyone!! Weirdly, after eating 3000 cals I woke up the next morning ravenous and have been doing good since (or so it feels). Bloating has never been so hot! RAWR.

I am so proud of you...don't turn back...don't think twice....don't stop for one second or one day and let that control back into your life. You are so WORTH way more than obsessing over weight and calories...you are gorgeous!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
